RENTAL SCHEDULE
Harbour
Cottage
A delightful 3 bedroom detached cottage with a large sitting room and
kitchen combined.
A selection of books and games are available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, refrigerator, automatic
washing machine and microwave. There is a bathroom with shower and bath downstairs. Bedrooms comprise one double room, one twin-bedded room and one room with a double and a single bed. There is also an upstairs sun room with fine views over the Minch and inland.
All linen and towels are provided. A coal fire and storage and panel heating
throughout.
Payphone on premises.
£400 per week during peak season (Electricity and linen included). Rental negotiable for other periods. Accommodates 8.
South
Bank Cottage
Formerly a traditional Black House, this one bedroom cottage is well suited
for a small family.
Accommodation consists of lounge/diner with comfortable lounge furniture
and two pull-down futons. A selection of books and games are available.
A fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator, automatic
washing machine and microwave. One double-bedded room and bathroom make
up the rest of the accommodation.
All linen and towels are provided. A coal fire and portable heaters.
£230 per week during peak season (Electricity and linen included). Rental negotiable for other periodds. Can accommodate up to 4 people.
Deposit and Payment
A Deposit of 25% is payable on acceptance of booking. Balance payable two months before holiday. We recommend holiday insurance since, in the event of your having to cancel, we will not offer refunds due to the remoteness of the location and the resulting difficulty in rebooking another guest family on relatively short notice. Should we be able to rebook for the same period, we would provide the refund, in full.

NB Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Guests can gain access to the accommodation after 1300hours on the day of arrival and are asked to vacate the accommodation prior to 1000hours on the day of departure.
